How Integration Works

Operators integrate once and route game results through the WINR backend.

For each round:

The game computes the outcome off-chain
Results are batched and committed to the onchain Escrow contract every five minutes as Merkle roots
Players can withdraw winnings trustlessly using Merkle proofs

Game logic runs off-chain for speed. Settlement commitments are posted onchain for trust. Players never need to trust the operator — they verify against the Merkle root.

Operator Economics

Operators do not fund the bankroll.

They may earn through frontend-specific fees, game economics, or distribution agreements defined at the application layer.

At the protocol layer, economics follow a single waterfall:

Gross gaming revenue is defined by player losses
Creator rewards, affiliate commissions, and any applicable VIP cashback are deducted first
The remainder becomes net gaming revenue
Net gaming revenue is then split 40% to liquidity providers, 20% to WINR stakers, and 40% to the protocol

LP revenue is reflected continuously through jUSDC appreciation every five minutes. Staker and protocol allocations are processed in weekly epochs.

There are no fixed capital requirements to get started.
